Do you have sample questions that the SG reps should be asking the students in their 10 minute/day conversations? Or is it just free conversation...whatever they come up with?

How do to you track this information/the responses? How do the SG reps keep track of what they are hearing? It seems like they are collecting information constantly, always ongoing, thus hard to track what to focus on? You are also talk about using Survey Monkey in addition? Once a year? Once a semester? Just on major/specific campus issues?
What are quick questions to ask our students when our SGA conducts surveys?

We are going to be surveying our students on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. We want to find out from our students what they would like to see happens from our SGA Officers. We were wondering if you could throw some quick questions out at us that we could use to put this survey together?
