  • How do you become an effective leader?

As of now, our student government is not particulary effective and appreciated in our high school and I was wondering if you would willing to share a few tips with me on how to be an effective leader, using my position as president of the sophomore class to the maximum, generating more student interest in council events, some creative ideas you've had, en bref anything. I would really appreciate any sort of advice you'd be able to send my way. Thank you very much for your time.
