Formerly Check I'm Here, Presence provides a web and mobile platform to universities and colleges to help increase student engagement, assess involvement, allocate funding efficiently, and improve retention through simplifying and digitizing processes, collecting, structuring, and analyzing involvement data, and provides tools to help reach and engage more students.

We Believe Student Engagement Drives Achievement
Our founder and our team were student leaders in student government, orientation, organizations, residence life, and Staff Professionals in marketing and enrollment, residence life, student life and involvement, recreation, leadership, and more. From these experiences we know the impact that student leadership and involvement can play in learning and achievement.

We found that increasing engagement, allocating funding, assessing involvement, and retention were just a few of the surface level problems driven by the lack of data, ability to collect and understand it, and the tools to take action. So we created Presence, where we build the solutions to affordably and effectively help the students and professionals be more successful.
