Job description:
Amanda received her undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University where she received a degree in Political Science with a concentration in Interdisciplinary Studies and minors in Philosophy and Critical Theory. After graduation Amanda took a gap year and worked with the State Attorney's Office in the Florida Keys working as the Victim Witness Coordinator. Amanda is currently in her second year working on her Master's Degree in Higher Education in College Student Affairs.

In Amanda's first year with Student Government she advised Directors and Assistant Directors in the Executive branch, primarily focusing on student programs. Her current role in Student Government is to advise the Relations committee, Senate Executive committee, 43 student senators, Judicial Summit planning committee and parking appeals. She also Co-Advises the senate committees and assists assessment initiatives as well as training and development of student leaders. In her spare time she volunteers with Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae chapter as their Historian and Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity as their advisor for Membership Development.
